tbh, they have no right to ban you for that

they cannot assume that you are looking for mis-prices, and if they tell you that you are, tell em that is slanderous, and any further comments such as those will be met with legal action towards tesco due to harrassment on a personal level!

and before anyone complains, I work for tesco, and will also look for misprices etc around the store(got a dvd player for free the other day!!)

me too, I'm always very polite and factual, smiling at them and being pleasant, but that doesn't stop the CS staffs attitude changing the very moment you mention overcharge or wrong price.

This is so true. 9 out of 10 stores I have visited are sour on the mention of overcharge. T will deny this till the cows come home.

I find the fact that you say staff behaviour changes in such a way when overcharged is mentioned is completely and utterly rubbish on almost every occasion.
    .

From my personal experience i disagree .

One theory could be that they get grumpy because overcharges mean they have to move from the cs desk and do some work .

    lol
  • They can probably distinguish between the ones who bought one item and the ones who bought 10!! ;)

There are some people posting in this thread who seem to be trying to suggest that CS have a valid reason for appearing miserable when applying their own R+R policy?.

Ill say it again, if you get bad service, report it, as simple as that. CS should be courteous and polite at all times. Anything less is poor service. I couldnt give a monkeys if they dont like the damn policy, if theyre having a bad hair day, or they dont like their job.

    NO EXCUSES.

r+r is refund and retain......you get the refund (hopefully! ) and then you retain the goods.
