2009-goodbye debt goodbye fat!

Hi all

we seem to have gone a bit cold....is everyone ok and well. I have been manic as DH has been up to Liverpool again sorting out more junk in the old fellas house. I have therefore stayed at home with the kids. On Friday I was jiggeed as it was such a long day. Was all I could do to manage a glass of wine. Woke up bright and early on Saturday and did the usual library and shopping trip with the kids in tow. managed to do the weeks shopping on £45 YES £45 I did a menu plan and am using up all stuff in the cabints and freezer and it looks ok. I found a sizable joint of pork in the freezer that I bought a while ago in the butchers. By my reckoning should do main meals until Tuesday night. Kids are having chool dinners nd eat at the child minders so usually just breakfast and supper on a daily baisi for them.

I have really got into this not wasting thing and it is most noticable in what I am throwing away....my bin is not very full at all these days.

DH has now got back with a load of goodies including some silver spoons and nice rustic looking pots but best of all a fab belfast sink with matching base that will do brill for herbs in the garden.

Any way wont keep going on and on hope you are all ok cant wait to hear from you

Hi griffam, I'm here! I was wondering where everyone was!

A weeks shop for £45 is brilliant - well done you! We are also trying to use up everything in the cupboards this next fortnight just to save a bit more money and try and pay the CC's quicker.

Have fun with the herbs in the garden! I'v always fancied the idea but never got round to it, anyway its chucking it down with rain here (bloomin yorkshire)!

Have lost 3 lbs this last week! Now lost 52 lbs in total!

HERE I am...........A little voice on the horizon overwhelmed by the exceses of life, I am staying at Mother in laws while sorting out the funeral for the old guy..........she is hell bent to give me the most unhealthy diet and if i try to log on I am a bad example to the kids..I need to get out on the sea shore do lots of exercise but only when she says I can. AAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHH SAve me....will be back home tomorrow and back up to full spped. We need to set a day and time and all log in together or else we run the risk of going under folks Keep well one and all

JUST AT MY DADS FOR A FEW HOURS SO HAVE THE INTERNET, VERY EXCITING!

SO MOVED IN THE NEW PLACE-LOVE IT!

DAY WE MOVED HUBBY GOT MADE REDUNDANT SO WE ARE A BIT ALL OVER THE PLACE AT THE MO!

BOTH LOOKING FOR JOBS AND BOTH HOPIGN TO GET SOMETHING ANYTHING! MY LITTLE GIRL WILL BE GOING IN CHILD CARE AT THE LOCAL NURSERY WHOCH IS REALLY HARD FOR ME AS SHE IS ONLY 7 MONTHS-TAKIGN HER TOMO FOR FIRST TIME JUST TO SEE HOW SHE GOES!

TEH WEIGTH LOSS HAS STALLED THE DEBT HAS GONE UP-OWING TO HUBBYS JOB LOSS AND MOVE SO I GUESS MARCH IS NOT MY DEBT AND FAT FIGHTING MONTH!-HOWEVER I WILL MAKE APRIL THE YEAR

HUBBY AND I HAVE HAVE SPOKE OF OUR 5 YEAR PLAN AND 1 YEAR PLAN SO IM JUST HOPING IT DOES ALL COME TOGATHER AND ITS NOT JUST WISHFUL THINKING ON OUT Part- how is everyone else??????

i was so sad to see the thread sort of died! hope it gets up and running wjen iget the internet back at my place in next week or so.
