it is funny how your body changes. Ive lost no weight (but that because I like eating and can't control myself) but I have toned up massively...might even venture to buying a bikini this year :eek:I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

If you're getting out of breath running for the bus and suffering from sore shins then its a great idea to start off with brisk walking for 4-6 weeks rather than running!! It helps you build bone density and burns more fat than running (since its slower)
Then you can progress up to running without causing yourself any injuries and get into running big style

Go for it spud...you can do it. If you think 4 times a week is too much to commit to to start with just do 2 times and then if you can put in extra sessions. The worst thing you can do it over commit, then get bored and give upI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

oh well, off to bed for me now....am soooo tired. Hopefully though I will have a good nights sleep tonight...Last few nights I have been too tired, stressed, nervous, excited etc etc to sleep....
I am sure I will dream of running again....seem to be obsessed now...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Spud - my cropped trousers are fairly 'snug' around the hip/buttock/stomach area, which holds things in place nicely
but they're loose enough in the leg to allow me to run freely. I forgoe my usual pretty underwear in favour of 'sturdy pants' :rotfl: underneath them too!
Hence why I will never EVER pull whilst out running - red sweaty face and Bridget Jones knickers.....mmmmmmmmm!!!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
