Morning everyone

I am a bit more with it today after last night:D been for a recovery run:eek: which i did not feel like but having been told to by my personal trainers over the weekend I have to I did....before anyone thinks 'total nutter' it was 10 mins round the block...but actually the stiffness has gone now....

So I am just getting ready for my day out with the Bunny....can't wait. So unless there is an internet connection by the side of the pool I don't think you'll be seeing much of either of us today.

See you later, all pimped and pampered....:D

Sammy you are mad, but yes the old recovery run does help, its bizarre and I shall be doing one tonight. Well the old legs actually feel fine this morning, knees are a bit stiff but nothing to complain about really. Have a lovely day you 2 pampering yourselves...Jelous moi?

Staff training day for DD's pre-school so Ive had to take day off work but going to take her to a massive play centre with loads of the other mums. Can't really afford it but as im getting a lift will only be the cost to get in.

Another spring like day outside today :) Have a good day everyone

Morning everyone, today Im shopping for food and gonna have a look at a big bed for the little fella so we can put his cot that was turned into a bed back into a cot. Proabably go to Ikea and a get a part for a lampshade that was missing when bought some at the weekend and then I will sort the garage out. Plus I MUST go for a run today beacuse Im piling on the weight and I have heartburn and stinky poo because I am not eating very well at all plus I have started to snore at night apparently which for me means I am getting unfit and fat.

Have a good day Bunny and Sammy in the Spa and Su, of course you are glad to be at work but remember to take your work seriously but not ourselves. Have great day everyone x :D

  • Morning all.
have a lovely day at the spa Sammy and Bunny.
Lenny - remember that Ikea beds are an odd size and only fit their own linen which washes horribly. I love Ikea for everything but bed linen.
There must be something you can do to avoid the ironing Jinky.

Today I have Brownies after work folloed by an Adult Support meeting in Leicester. Should be home sometime between 10 and 11pm. :rotfl:

    Morning :)

Have a lovely day at the spa Bunny and Sammy.

Operation 'clean up and disinfect' is well underway this morning, despite the fact I've got the stomach cramps from hell and the kids are still not very well.

I finally had a decent nights sleep last night though, so I'm feeling quite motivated.

Sofa cushion covers are in the wash, bins are emptied, washing almost put away... I have a HUGE pile of washing still to do, and I need to go round every room, wipe down all the surfaces and vac the floors, then do the washing up and clean the bathroom. Oh and I want to take the curtains down and wash those too.

Also need to do an online shop at some point today, for delivery tomorrow evening.

I probably wont get the whole house done today but maybe by the end of tomorrow I'll be getting somewhere (just in time to go back to work on Wednesday lol).

If you see me sitting chatting on here too much today, please tell me to bog off. :D:D
