Yep training going really well thanks Snags!

Had an injury yesterday during a half marathon race - strained tendon - but its nothing serious and I still finished in 2:02:10 so not too shabby! Off out for a nice slow run tomorrow morning and some speed work in the evening - 9 weeks now - its coming fast :D

Bunny - there's nothing wrong with being competitive with yourself and others - its pushes us to be better :D

Sammy - so is mine - I walk FAST - round London you have no choice if you want to get anywhere ;)
  • You dont have to have a treatment Snaggles.

    You could just swim etc.

It wouldn't be for aaaaageeeess but what I thought is we book in for an overnight session but raise the money by ebaying or second job/car boots etc. if you catch my drift!

Loads of time to get more fit Spud-and perfect excuse. I found it so sad I was saying no to things because I was so self conscious about my weight! Don't you think?

  • Well done Becky! Blimey.

I have a long term goal to do a marathon. It seems so far away but I want to be able to say I've done it.

    Spud-it was VERY dark, lol

Went to The Sanctuary once (in my young, free, single and slim days) and it cost me over £100 then (we're talking circa 1988 here) so I dread to think how much it would cost now.

    Where did you go?
