Can't advise on the hair colour BUT what brand is it? Is it one that covers grey? Some say they cover a percentage -I haven't got much grey so use a semi permanent but it lasts longer than that...and I use the whole bottle. The one I use has separate bottles which click together just before use - their chemical make up means no, they cannot be stored safely. So I make sure I use it all.
Well Flyladies - this morning I had - taa daa-*drum roll*
AN EMPTY LAUNDRY BASKET - everything had been washed.
Since football it's filling up a bit though - but I brought in today's washing and it has all been ironed

I'm posting this here as I'm sure some of you may have some advice you can give me:
I have been using the same permanent hair colour on my hair now for a few years and am finding that the grey side strands and grey bits by the roots are showing after about 3 weeks. What can I do to make the colour last longer? Also I find myself throwing away a lot of the dye after I have done my hair. It says you can't keep it? Is this really true? Do you have any tips on how to make the whole process cheaper as £4-5 every 3 -4 weeks is getting really expensive
Dont know how to help you there mine comes through after a week !!! Be interested to see the answer x:beer: Officially Debt Free Nov 2012 :beer:0 -

Hi gang!
Had a long session in the garden after lunch and now I ache -But have made a good start and a mini change around - one bit of trellis down and on freecycle, and a couple more to go.
Best crack on - HHC on kitchen & cloakrooms as company expected later. We ate lunchtime so not too bad. Uniforms, lunches and banking next.

great photo lil-me.
Well DH has been and long  and apparently he had an accident at work on Friday and his finger swelled up and he had to have his wedding ring off. I can't bring myself to take mine off.
I have to try and deal with the fact the he wants us to get along for the children (understandably) but I would like us to be friends and if I am honest that probably won't work.
On thew plus side I did manage to get ALL my ironing done when he was round (only had 7 bits and all of those were the children's but at least the are done now.)January Grocery 11/3740
