Lady Liberty - guess what, we got married on 29 Feb too, on purpose because when you have an anniversary it makes it extra special - last year we went to a super posh restaurant. This year we didn't do anything but we had a family day to London yesterday Never come across anyone else before! So happy un-anniversary and I hope you get good news soon.
Well I never, another one, Happy Anniversary to you & your DH Restaholic  We aren't doing anything special this year, but last year we went to Venice for our '20' years one. We got married 1988 at Gretna Green.
Toots thanks for the PM, I will reply when I am thinking a bit straighter :A xx Natty is active on Facebook, so I presume she is OK.
Irie thanks for the wishes, you take care too xx
Where's Mudbath??? Are you Ok? xx
Hugs to all

I hope the system works for you too! I like knowing that I NEVER need to pick this stuff up at the supermarket, so it helps cut down on impulse buys. As there are more of you it probably won't last you as long as it does me, but hopefully it will be a while before you buy anymore. I found that I added one thing to each order over a period of a couple of years, and now reckon I've got all the cleaning materials I need to last me for a long time! And the shampoo and conditioner is barely touched, despite the fact that I always used to feel I was running out and had to go and get more...
Ethical Superstore used to do pumps for the 5l bottles (not sure whether they still do) which I have for the loo cleaner, but for the rest I use funnels. And some of this comes in 25l containers if you need larger quantities!
And I bulk order loo paper at the same time too... although I still can't find any brand isn't wrapped in plastic!0 -
Hi all.. I've only read little bits of the thread this week but enough to see plenty of positive thoughts are needed so sending loads to all that need them...
Well I've been rubbish again this week with flying, I started with good intentions but its all gone wrong! I've had to abandon the daily lists cos there's not much to cross off!
Yesterday I did a loads of washing, tumbling, baking & batch cooking, cleaned the bathroom & kitchen.
Today downstairs has been tidied & hoovered, more washing done, bedding changed, and then it all got left in favour of a trip to the beach! The sun is out & its a lovely day, much too nice to waste!! Had a lovely walk down to the beach then a circular walk though some very muddy woods on the way back.
As ever, i'll try harder to keep up with the tasks next week!!..one day I will get a star!!0 -
