quillion you are certainly getting carried away with the cleaning!!1 well done to you! I love the idea of your reward chart for your Ds - how old is he?
greenbee sorry the only thing I could suggest would be sticky tape so your clothes brush is probably better!

just had NOF on phone and I have printed off my dailies chart for the next 2 weeks - it keeps me focussed - sad but necessary!

    toots xx

Can't do any more WM till I get some fabric conditioner. Must do HHI tonight though - or shoudl I wait till tomorrow when I can do it all  ?

Hate to burst your bubble, but you don't HAVE to use fabric conditioner... I think you're just using it as an excuse to stop doing laundry ;) And if you're looking for ways to save, try switching to white vinegar or buying fabric conditioner in bulk.

And ironing is easier in small doses anyway, so do what you've got tonight and the rest tomorrow.

I really need to tidy the kitchen, but just can't be bothered... I'm thinking about having another lie down on the sofa with a book :o

My DS is 4 in April.

Maybe i should do a reward chart for the DH ;);)

Yes i am getting carried away but sadly it's been long overdue but never mind back on track thanks to you all.
I find i am sat here thinking of things to do next.
I was listening to radio last week and Vernon Kay said you can tell how clean a house is by how dirty the tops of doors are. I think its how mucky your lampshades are especially uplighters and if we were on a scale of 1 - 10 my lights were a 15 !!!!!!!   NOT ANY MORE!!!

    Hi All

Sorry I haven't really been around the last few days but I've been shattered after work as I've been doing stuff I don't normally do - nothing strenuous - just different IYKWIM. DH has been playing a game on Facebook (on my account:rolleyes: as he doesn't have his own) so I haven't been able to get near the computer. I've also been doing quite a bit of school work as I'm moving into Year 1 tomorrow from Year 6:eek: so I've been reading up on all sorts so I'll sort of know what I'm going on about!

Has anyone gone any ideas what book character I can dress up as on Tuesday? It has to be something simple - at the moment I'm thinking a black cat - either the cat with the hat or Winnie the Witch's cat as the Year 1 teacher is dressing up as Winnie the Witch but I don't know really!

Happy Birthday/ Anniversary for our Leap Year babes and Leap Year couples.

    Hugs to all

Rach I was with you on the HHC at 3pm, but I didn't know! Have peeled 2.5kg of potatoes and they are now cooking for the mash. And I've done masses of washing up. And hung up the washing to dry. So I'm a bit happier, I've achieved something. Off to prep carrots and mangetout for dinner, hopefully DH will cook the minted chops I got from the Thursday market
bit ashamed to be eating mangetout at this time of year, just seen they are from Kenya Eeeek!
