I made a victoria sandwich too and that's been "jammed" and put away for teatime. So the dog can have a rest from guarding it....

She has a bit of everything my DH ever eats! I'm not quite so soft however but I do give her vegetables after our dinner.0 -
Thanks Kaz for the recipe, it looks really good!
Good news on the cheque Rach, have fun spending it!
Hugs to GnB's LO and everyone else feeling poorly
I've not done anything since my last post, just went back to bed and slept some more. Feeling a bit better now. Going to peel the potatoes for dinner - mash as rare treat. DH doesn't like mash but I do so this is probably th only time this year I will be allowed to have it! I might leave some boiled pots unmashed for him, and was thinking earlier that if I cookd all the pots we have then I could freeze individual portions of mash for myself. THere is no reason not to freeze mashed potatoes is there? I'm sure Delia uses frozen mash doesn't she?"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."
