yes toots - hope you are not doing too much.
I'm not sure who TAG is on facebook but someone else might know.

Shopping done, mattress flipped, DH has cleaned the lightshade in the bedroom and second load is in the wm. As soon as DH's mate arrives soon I'll be finishing my flying and then indulging in reading my book which is fab.

    HHC 3-3.30 anyone?

Well I'm 3/4 of the way through TMA Q1 ... 2 maths questions which I had to go back through the textbook to find the formulas for though so not too bad... I just wish I could get my brain to focus properly. This shouldn't take that long if I could just FOCUS :mad:

Off to much some food to see if that helps...

Time for a cuppa and to make some brownies - sun is trying to come out so if it does I'll pop out and prune the roses whilst the brownies are cooking.

Virus scanner is still scanning, I need to delete my cookies before I get it to do it again later to speed the process up.

    hoovered all downstairs
    mopped conservatory and kitchen
had breakfast washed pots put away
deep cleaned hob scrubbed with old tooth brush.
done loads of washing dh husband back from helping Aunt & Uncle move house.
Made a sticker reward chart for ds ;) when he tidies up his toys he gets a sticker. Reward when chart full a trip to sat morning pictures.:D
    un-loaded dishwasher
washed hair dye towels and put on line first time out this year.

Really must clean down the rotary line as it is a spider haven and don't really want them to be crawling all over our clothes lol.

Looking forward to tonights new list am really enjoying the cleaning again.

I have a confession I don't iron, unless going somewhere nice :rotfl:
I find if i don't overload the washer and either hang it on coathangers or on clothes horse carefully i can get away with it.

The problem with doing the laundry is that it creates ironing... there's no way I can get away with not ironing my work clothes...

I took my white shirts out of the machine and have now put them in laundry bleach for a bit and given the underarms a good scrub with detergent and a nail brush. I really should check things BEFORE they go in, an soak/treat them as appropriate.

Any idea how to get the fibres from a black cashmere jumper off my blindingly white shirts :o I'm assuming I'll have to use a sticky clothes brush just before I iron them...

... which reminds me... I need a new ironing board cover...

Toots - I have e-mailed Tag to see if she is ok. I will let you know if she responds. I am not sure that she is on Facebook, but I do get rather confused about MSE names against real names. DH's back will never be better, but some times, just like you :p , he does too much and regrets it.

Dusty - I liked your post re virus/grounding/etc. I was so annoyed last time SS wrecked mine that I bought him a laptop for Christmas and banned anyone from ever using mine again.

Buns have finally been made. Need to have another mooch round grocery challenge for inspiration for how we can cut the food spend so we can divert funds to the building works. Can't do any more WM till I get some fabric conditioner. Must do HHI tonight though - or shoudl I wait till tomorrow when I can do it all  ?
