I don't think it's fraud, although it's difficult to see why anyone would want to use it.0 -
Looking at their website the information isn't clear enough. You can't hide monthly membership fees in the T&Cs of a contract. It all has to be upfront and clear. I would love to see an agreement like this tested in court.Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0
