    They rebranded as Yes Card a while ago: https://theyescard.co.uk/.

    I don't think it's fraud, although it's difficult to see why anyone would want to use it.

    Looking at their website the information isn't clear enough. You can't hide monthly membership fees in the T&Cs of a contract. It all has to be upfront and clear. I would love to see an agreement like this tested in court.

    read the T&C's theyare hilarious and due to the many errors would not hold up for example:
    5. Complaints
    5.1. If you want to make a complaint about please email [insert email address], with brief details of your complaint and your agreement or account number. Our Customer Service staff will acknowledge your complaint by email within 5 working days.
