I wish I had an outdoor space for a washing line... our flat looks like a bloody chinese laundry when I do the washing....

I would 'bump into' neighbour and say something like 'I can't believe some little hooligan has cut my wash line again...' and see what reaction you get:rotfl:

And maybe mention that the police are investigating the incident as criminal damage :D;)

  • Hello all.........I've just done something liberating and possibly quite stupid. I walked out of work, and I've got no intention of going back again. Been really quite depressed lately, been drinking on my own in my room of a night time, had fun at the wedding yesterday but got a bit drunk at the reception and went on a crying jag at home (thankfully not at the reception) woke up this morning and said to myself 'This has got to stop, I need to change something'. I'm now sat here debating how to make some positive changes to my life. Moving home is an option I am seriously considering.
Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. Middle child of middle child parents. I drink way too much coffee.

    Big hugs Ruby, :grouphug:

We spend an awful lot of our time at work and if it is making you unhappy, then something has to give.
Are you still waiting for a start date at your new job?

Moving home might give you the support you need and help you get life back on an even keel. :kisses3:

    Hi Blackruby :grouphug:

I'm a big believer in going with your gut feelings.

You know you've got lots of support here

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.

I've got a washingline and pegs!!!! But it's spitting so no point putting anywashing out.

We've been to the beach, had a good run about with a ball and had a picnic..DD's both got soaked, they just can't resist the sea, so they're both in the bathroom now defrosting....and I've yet another load of washing - oh joy!

Luc are you going in early to be induced? I had to be in by 6am so they could get the first lot of gel in.... was induced with both my girlies and had them (by one means or another) by 4.30pm, a long old day but well worth it.

Twit - Hope DH feels better soon...and more importantly that noone else comes down with it.

Blimey Tigtag you've had a night of it eh? Can I just say that it is worth changing the locks, I did it with my ex, he was all mouth about breaking in but never did, when the solicitor told me off about it I just stated that I was protecting my kids, which you've right to do....you're also protecting yourself against the fact that this other woman may have taken/ been given a key without your knowledge.

  • Hi, Fermi.

I have just found the thread on HPC that brought all the "trolls" to my thread. I'm horrified. They suggested I go into prostitution to pay my debts or that my OH is having an affair.

Because of this I would like the whole thread deleted and I will be leaving the boards to deal with this privately.

I could handle being called an idiot, but this is ridiculous. I'll be pasting this into the chat thread for today and that you for your help again.

    MM

See you guys. I'm going to keep this to myself from now on.
