doesn't look like the wedding is live. The living channel epg is not showing it for today....
  • Can I post too?

Have been up since OH left for work at half 6, as my own bump has been keeping me awake instead of letting me have the strange dreams everyone else has mentioned - (am suddenly envious!!!!!)

Today have been very busy cleaning kitchen and living room - cleaned the gross fridge that was growing me new friends/germs in there, and even dusted all the slats in the blinds (I need to get out more!!!) Now looking forward to seeing my sister and her new man for a cup of tea and a catch up whilst they exclaim how large/fat/whale like (delete where appropriate) I have got.

Oh hopefully home at half 5 so will look forward to Cumberland pie and maybe will attempt box/packet cheese cake in cupboard that is suddenly looking very tempting!!!!

Having to agree with buffy - tenmah what is your neighbours problem? Am thinking something back is required!!!!

I'm tenmah's daughter, and what's really annoying - the other day the next door neighbour parked their car on the road outside, and someone knocked the whole wing mirror off. People kept kicking it, so I picked it up and put it in a safe place. Now I wish I'd stamped on the thing!

The thing is - we have no proof she did it. I mean we know she did, but how can we prove it? I'm not sure the police would be that bothered, although I do remember a feature in the newspaper about them investigating the theft of stolen milk from the doorstep, so perhaps they might!

  • Good morning all!
Seems wiseoldinvestor's thread got pretty heated last night!

    Glad I went out.

We went to Bella Pasta (2 large glasses of red wine) but we missed the start of the film so we skipped the cinema and went to look round Asda instead.

We know how to have a hot date here you know!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
  • Tenmah you could have her for damage to your property!

  • I think as a compromise I would get the retractable ones from Argos (I've got them and they are fab! very quick to unhook and retract quickly into the little unit)

Then once they are installed I'd tell her in no uncertain terms that if she cuts them you will have her for damaging your property.

    Morning all :hello:

I had a disturbed night last night  (not like that either) Mr Twit has either eaten something dodgy or has got the D&V bug _pale_ Whilst I feel fine, I daren't go and visit my poorly uncle in hospital as I don't want to risk passing anything on

Hope everyone has a good day, I've no plans now, so I'll just potter around the boards and try and squeeze in a spot of housework
