I hope so! It's a bit scary - been in this one for over 7 years now and I've outgrown it if that makes sense. Got way too much stuff for a 2 bed flat - every cupboard is crammed full of things which I culd never face throwing away. Will be nice to have more space, a garden and a garage (and more money as it is cheaper than where I am right now).

Hopefully it all works out well.
