Hey again, had a long think and a long talk with my mum on the phone. We decided moving home right now was probably not best for me, especially with the new job on the horizon. I love Liverpool so she is right, I just need to knock the drinking on the head once and for all, coz it keeps cropping up as a problem every year or so if I get depressed, try and find some way of reducing my insecurity and go from there. Start date for the new job is 16th of March, but if it gets pushed back I have a plan for getting some money in.

You took a big positive step by walking out of your current job, keep that feeling going Blackruby!
edit, with some time off before your new job......ever thought about Volunteering somewhere?

Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. Middle child of middle child parents. I drink way too much coffee.

Good idea Blackruby, you never know who you'll meet doing these things too!

Has IA made up her mind about what she's wearing yet?

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

  • I hadn't acutally thought of that, Linda, that will be good too, I like meeting new people and it will help with the lonliness I've had lately aswell. (I know it seems weird to get lonely when I live with 3 people but I do)
