    sorry dont know whats up with my keyboard..i did first run 7.30 yesterday morning for 40 mins, easy run.
    Second run was two hours later, threshold run. Third run was in the afternoon and was hills.......up and down hills.......was so tired i had tea a glass of wine and went to bed at 8.30...This morning I did an hour and a half run....on very tired legs. I burnt my face.
