    Just over 3 hours Len...nice slow one to get the legs used to running for a long time. Aiming for a 4.5 hr marathon so another hour and a half on the legs....god I think I will need a stretcher to get me out of there on the day!

    I can't find a sell by date, the tia lusso or what ever it was called smelt funny so chucked that but the Tia maria tasted ok?
