    Erm, full of a cold, real bad sinussy pain, but just on one side, so not sure if it's toothache from the tooth I had out on Monday. Just generally feel horrible, so bad I was blubbing in the night. Not like me at all. Going to ring the dentist tomorrow, so she can check it out, just in case its that :(

    Just over 3 hours Len...nice slow one to get the legs used to running for a long time. Aiming for a 4.5 hr marathon so another hour and a half on the legs....god I think I will need a stretcher to get me out of there on the day!
