whoop-dee-doo had you received your delivery before you spoke to them, and also who did you speak to?
There is a notable point with their delivery systyem. I think they say something like when you take delivery you have accepted the price it shows at that time. But to accept my delivery, I had to sign some handheld elctronic thingy, only after that was I given the reciept showing the higher price. Therefore I did not spot it until the driver had left. I then phoned the 0845 722 5533 number and spoke to an agent who shall remain nameless.0 -
The same with me happened and I questioned the driver who told me to call the customer services number0

I got my three bottles thx to the OP. Called CS to sort out the price. Spoek to one guy and he said he would call me back. Three minutes later got a call saying that they will honour the £5 price. I pointed to him that the policy is if they charge me the wrong price i get to keep the merchandise and get the money back. I did not expect him to agree but he immediately agreed and said he would refund the total value for 3 bottles. SURPRISED AND HAPPY..THREE BOTTLES OF VODKA FOR FREE (NOT FREE AFTER DELIVERY CHARGE OF £5.99 SO NEARLY £2/BOTTLE)

Well I have just come of the phone again and the gentleman told me he will give me a refund and it could take 3 - 5 days so will just have to wait and see.0
