I got my three bottles thx to the OP. Called CS to sort out the price. Spoek to one guy and he said he would call me back. Three minutes later got a call saying that they will honour the £5 price. I pointed to him that the policy is if they charge me the wrong price i get to keep the merchandise and get the money back. I did not expect him to agree but he immediately agreed and said he would refund the total value for 3 bottles. SURPRISED AND HAPPY..THREE BOTTLES OF VODKA FOR FREE (NOT FREE AFTER DELIVERY CHARGE OF £5.99 SO NEARLY £2/BOTTLE)

Are the details of their "wrong price policy" on the website? If so, can someone point me to it? My vodka is due to be delivered tonight, so I'd like to have all the facts on hand (I have loads of printouts from the website!) if I have to phone customer services.

No that is the shop policy and the web site policy is quite contrary to that. It is just luck on what you can get from the CS people and that is true for any business. They have the discretion to do a lot.
I was not expecting them to refund anything beyond the difference between the £5 and the £14.98 and that is what they started with. I was just being cheeky when i asked for a total refund. Glad i did.0 -

Keep on badgering CS until you get a result.

just received my vodka order, 4 bottles, delivery note said £65.91 so i called the number on the invoice and a very nice lady said it was a pricing error they were honouring and would recredit my card with all but the delivery of £5.99, and i didnt even ask her about goods for free if overcharged, so a very big thank you to the original poster of this thread.ADOPT DONT SHOP......🐕🐕🐕🐕0
