This wingeing is sheer lunacy !
If you paid for £20 of goods with a £50 note thinking it was a £20 and the cashier also mistook it and gave you no change, what would you say if you went back to the shop an hour letter and explained the mistake and you were told that as you had offered to buy the goods and pay £50, you could not have your change.
Get real people !!0 -
I have just spoken to the manager and he has told me that they are not going to refund any money, and if I dont want them then I have to take them back to the store for a refund.
Anybody help?0 -
i do find this cheap booze thread highly entertaining ;D ;D and have ordered some myself but just to point out that you can try to call up and get it cheaper but they are covered under their t&c's
still, nothing ventured, nothing gained

unless they ask to see the receipt...could be worth trying it with the receipt in your pocket....if they ask for it then show it to them...otherwise you're £10-delivery up ;D good thinking angela0 -
The threads following post delivery of the vodka is, i'm sure what everyone was expecting. I'll be amazed if Tesco's honours the price, but stranger things have happened at sea. I'm glad i didn't take the risk and buy a bottle. Too much hassle if you ask me! :-/"There are no pockets in a shroud..."0

might wanna ask the delivery driver to hang around while you call CS so you don't lose out on delivery charges ?? ::)0
