OK so my order is due between 9 and 11.
what do I do when the guy turns up and I have been charged full price?
Do I phone customer services while he waits?
Or accept the order and then phone?
As I can always return the vodka to the shop! cant I.
I'm hoping to just sign for it and let my husband do any quibbling later
Do you think that'll be ok?0 -
And another question,I used a code from here for £10 off will the driver be expecting me to give him something or should I say I got it out of a magazine?
Sorry so many questions but only used tesco.com a few times and that was when I was NOT a money saver.
Strange that I cant even seem to remember not being a money saver I question everything I buy nowadays anyway I digress and help with above query would be helpful.
Stll no delivery 9.42.
Maybe I will get a voucher for no delivery in time slot that would be funny.0 -

Well i am not sure about that I think you have to query it there and then, otherwise you are accepting the goods and payment.0 -
The £10 voucher comes off automaticallly at the till and willl show up on the delivery slip.
You can query the price with the driver but he will probably just direct you to call CS as in my case.Cheers

Thanks Angela, I'll see how it goes. I can't even remember how I paid ... or if I even did
I think I'll stick to things like trying to get the water and electric bills down from now on - I don't even drink! ;D
Good luck by the way.0 -
The way I see it is if you agreed to pay a certain price and they have deducted another they don't have a leg to stand on, correct me if I'm wrong please.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0

Just had my delivery from Tesco, gues what charged the full £14.98 a bottle and I ordered 2 so a great £29.96 on my bill. I have called them and had a few words with a lady and am waiting a phone call back she tells me it is coming up at £14.98 a bottle and I told her it is still at £5.01 so I will have to wait and see.0

I see it is now £14.98 on their website.
My delivery is down for Tuesday. If they are
refusing to honour I will just cancel my
whole order.
Fingers crossed.0 -
