  • Good morning lovely dfw's:D

Quiet day planned here today, need to take birthday pressie to my friend and drop some more stuff in recycling point but apart from that will just see what happens over the day. DD moping about the house feeling sorry for herself as her horse managed to throw her into a log jump on the cross country course yesterday, trip to A & E and lots of x rays but just bruising to deal with. No horse riding for her this week:rolleyes: Which is bad news for me as I will get "I'm Boooooored" all week now.
    • check online banking
    • update spreadsheets
    • make loaf in breadmaker
    • make tortillas for OH
    • go for swim and jacuzzi to use gym membership
    • sow some indoor seeds
    • try and have a no spend day
catch up with you all later:D
    Reduce,re-use, recycle.

  • Hi chaps
Sorry not around yesterday - was in glumsville and not really very great to be around so best I kept my unhappy glum vibes to myslef - will try and glimmer more than sparkle today as still very down in dumps.

SM hope DD is OK - sounds nasty. Andan looks like you had a bit of a unproductive time for your pamper party - people should actually keep committments and be very grateful you managed to help them sort something so quickly.

    Me today
    Update spending diary
    Check bank
Update my diary - maybe later when more glimmery
    Lodger room to do
Dogs to walk at some point - may persuade DD and her chum to take them for a stroll
Done a fair bit cooking already for next week - rescued lots of reduced bread from tescos last night.
Voucher from clubcard deals came really quickly so must post off to get magazine sub
Hoovering lodger room (DS job - he he he)
Finish write up for Sheltand work (week overdue now and its an invoice that will help hugely)
Slug hunt for five mins later
Tidy up some conservatory later if I get time.
Do a payment a day to scary loan
:mad:Must write to a debt company 'Fredrickson International?' - they sent me a bill for !£177 for something I dont even know what it is - and I wrote and disputed the debt and the amount - asked what it was for and all they have done is sent me a payment card and a letter saying I ccan pay £5 a month to clear the debt:mad::mad: I have NO IDEA what its for - the cheeky barstewards - just as I think I have started to get on my feet another bloody debt turns up. I could kick myself sometimes for being so unorganised and stupid

Hope you are all well - double good sock action today one knee length flowery sock, one knee length stripey sock - surely that will work????
Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
    minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:
    :money:Sleeves up folks.:money:
  • Morning all

Fayjmck - hope you are ok. Lots of glumness around at the moment. Get on the phone and give that debt company what for.

I'm feeling a bit better today. Just very tired. OH is being brilliant and keeping all the kids out of my way for a bit.

Heres my sorry looking list for today:

    * Make twinks hobnobs...done, and they are yummy!

    * Check on-line banking

    * Washing at 30'c....and its...ON THE LINE!! Yay!

    * Heating off

    * Have parents and my Nan over for tea - just sarnies and crisps etc. Saves driving round the county to see them all!

    * Do Paul McKenna CD

Thats about it. Told you it was a sorry looking list!

    Miss P
    xx

Fay, sorry to hear your not feeling great within yourself at the moment, although we learnt on my counselling course that its ok to feel down and to stay with that mood as thats the way you are at the mo. Hope it passes and you get your sparkle back soon.

Not planning to do too much today, as Sunday is technically my day off and OH is here, so i want to be around and spend some time with him, even if it is just watching television. Can't really afford things right now and car is playing up slightly so can't drive anywhere, but just being together will be enough!!

    So today, i have/will do:
-Found £1 in coat pocket and put in 101 challenge pig
-I have done daily scratch cards
-Done some more work for child study
-Had OH look at car instead of taking it to garage, needs brake fluid topping up soon, so will buy some and he will top it up for me
-Looked at what i can use tesco clubcard deals for, founda an activity for OH for his birthday in September, which would be great!!
-Continued using up old beauty products, today i have finished off an old moisutiser and an old perfume, feels great to finish off the products, especially as they were both a few years old
    -Worked through emails
-Sorted through old pens etc, got rid of those that don't want and found ones that did, saves me buying more.
    -Meals from storecupboard
    -Will review 101 goals
    -Have updated spreadsheets
    -Will read fave threads
-Continue adding deep tissue to website
-Look at cheap things to do in Hampshire so can start planning things with OH
-Sort out book to post tomorrow, that i sold on amazon

I will add more later, that is enough for now and need to find my balance of time!!

SM - glad to hear your daughters OK. Hope she doesn't get too bored over the rest of the weekend!!!

Fayjmck - sorry to hear you were feeling down. To be honest I've felt a bit down myself most of the last week. I'm just across the water from you (in Caithness) so maybe there's something in the air up here! Feeling better today though

    Today I have done/will do:
    - check internet banking
    - free scratchcards (2 x 10p, plus 20p and 50p, yay! Double scratchcards today!!)
    - weekly grocery shop: use £5 clubcard voucher and stick to list and £40 budget!
    - bought pair of Next work trousers from ebay for £7
    - tidy up living room and kitchen because I didn't tidy them yesterday, oops!
    - do surveys
    - £3 in paypal account from pinecone
    - do ironing

And thats it I think. A relatively calm and not too busy day hopefully. xx
