When I returned to selling I was automatically shoved onto the "confirm when shipped" thingy. Have not had a sale for 3 days now even though I have some high ranked books.
I did just tsruggle to enough sales to cover the 30 needed for my pro fees, but it's much slower than this time last year. I've started double listing on greenmet at knock down prices and have sold 3 in two weeks which is better than I would normally hope for on GM. I suspect at least two of those though were bought by resellers for Amazon, but they were no use to me as they had been sat there for ages with no sales.
I think we are all on 'confirm when shipped now' AFAIK the last of us were moved across about 6 weeks ago.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Hiya all. I've had couple of good sales recently, which I'm very pleased with. Otherwise my sales tend to just trikcle along, usually couple in one week, then nothing for couple of weeks.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0

I've had 3 days with no sales again, in fact I was so concerned that I have actually just checked that my inventory is live. At this time of year I am usually selling an average of 2 a day minumum, this is becoming a real issue for me now.
Thank heavens there is still a lot of movement on ebay, I'd be forced to stop buying shoes otherwise.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. My Amazon sales seem to be like many people on here, none for a few days then a couple in one day. Though with less than 300 books listed, I seem to average the best part of half a dozen sales a week so it keeps ticking over.
Just wish I had more stock. Anyone know who won the 42000 books on ebay a few weeks ago that went for just over £3000 ? If only I had had the space to store them I would have bid !0 -
My sales have been absolute rubbish since the middle of October.
I used to sell around 1 a day but now it is down to a couple a week.
I have 30% more stock (books, no real difference in type or quality) than this time last year, but sales are running at less than half of last yearsAMAZON SELLERS CLUB member 0033 come and join us :j make some space and get hold of some cash, we're on the ebay and other auctions, car boot and jumble sales board0 -

Well, I took the plunge and registered as a seller on Amazon last Saturday night. I was very cautious in listing items (I also sell on eBay) and only ended up sticking 10 books on. Overnight, I sold one of them, so I was very impressed. I've since added another ten items and my sales are already at four. Not bad in just three days with so few items listed. The fees are worse than eBay though, but considering I'd have had books listed on 'Good 'Til Cancelled' for anything up to a year, it may just be cheaper in some instances.10 Ways to Spend All Your Student Loan In A Week0

I had 4 on my home account over the weekend which is ok as I only have about 110 things listed.
On the work one I sold 15 over the weekend out of 1500 items listed. 3 more sales since I left the office at lunchtime tooNot been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550 -

I'll try not to be too jealous :A That's quite good going, I'm currently running at about 1400 listed and am right back down to around 8 or so a week which is a disaster.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
