My honest opinion is that with two problems in just 5 sales I think you will struggle to sell anything. However you have so few items listed anyway that sales are not going to come very quickly, regardless of feedback.

It is unlucky that both the non positives you got were people complaining about quality, that is one thing that even high feedback sellers would have trouble overcoming.

If you have anything else you can bung up and sell quickly for some turnover, that might help.

I've had about 10 other sales where no feedback was left so I assume buyers were happy. I'm bit disappointed as I always posted out first class, same day most items sold were new or nearly new and tried to be a good seller. While I was in communication with the person who left the neg I simple couldn't afford to refund without my DVD which seems to have been the source of my problems. The neutral was left with out any communication to me. I even emailed them after feedback to try offer part refund or something but no response I had no idea they were unhappy.

I take on board that I perhaps need better descriptions. I don't have anything else to sell really I was just clearing bit of junk from my house and wanted a bit of extra cash.

Well I guess all I can do if leave them on and maybe one day they'll sell but seems unlikely now.

I think I read on here that the only feedback Amazon will ever remove is if a comment is based on the Amazon listing rather than your own specifc listing & performance - is that right?

If someone leaves a neg to say the item wasn't as good as they were expecting, smaller something like that. Is that something Amazon might consider removing?

But what if they say your item was too expensive. Even though it was the cheapest of all listed!

It was the 'Oxford Companion to the Earth' Had RRP of £39 on the back and isn't that old, no idea why it was worth so much.
Soolin do you know anything about parcelforce mail? I've never used it before but it says cheaper than SD.
