Ghastly here as well. I took my books off holiday Thursday night and sold one almost immediately then nothing since. 4 days without a sale and 1500 listed (and a new lot posted Saturday with some very good rankings). I think it's broke.

I think the glitches now have glitches. :p

I listed a whole batch of popular items this afternoon, some had rnakings in the hundreds only and I would normally have expected them to sell almost immediately, but nothing at all.

I am wondering about switching over to the confirm when ship thingy on the basis that it might make a difference?

I might do the same soolin. I am going to clear all cookies again in a minute and see if that helps too. I have already tried it but I am not sure what else to do and its a nightmare waiting all weekend to remove something from Amazon when I have sold it on Play.com already

The only thing i am not sure about with the new confirm when ship system is that it says you shouldn't contact the buyer and give them dispatch details any more. Yet I want to continue doing that as when I buy I like to get a brief email syaing when it was shipped etc. I don't trust Amazon and all their glitches to actually get their automated system working properly. I particularly like the fact that I can use the email to reconfirm the condition of the book.

Sales pretty dire - if it wasn't for the postage on a book that went to Hong Kong last fortnights takings would have looked very lean. I switched to the confirm when shipped thingy when it came out in case it somehow switched on my sales - desparate or what and of course it didn't. I still email buyers to tell them its in the post, to contact me if theres any prob, condition details on packing slip, or to let them know if the packet is too big for a letterbox etc etc.

Just put on holiday settings for a few days - getting a bit fed up with the non sales now even though have listed new books seems to make no difference :p

Can you use the ring back facility so that you get to talk to someone in CS? Worth a try?
