I still cannot get into my inventory at home! They told me to clear cookies, cache etc but nothing seems to work. Is anyone else still having problems? I have to edit my inventory at work at the moment

Ah damn it, I can't get onto my inventory either at home. Very annoying! Grrr.

It just took me about 3 minutes to access my current inventory to remove a book, if it goes much slower I would have had time to phone them and get my book delisted instead! I only wanted to remove a book as it had just sold on ebay..I had the book wrapped and addressed even before the Amazon page loaded!

Less than an hour until my books go on holiday and I've just sold a copy of this book:

My copy was only £29.99 but as it has been listed for 6 months and is in acceptable only condition I think the price very fair.

Well done Soolin - good sale, and I would agree with your pricing:T

My sales are trickling in, running about half of what I would call normal. Also, all sales seem to be penny books which I have had listed for ages and ages!

Still a sale is a sale, but I will be owing Amazon today for my PM fees

I got my first neg
Sold something, went to post it and found it was not quite right (cd was not the same as the case, same artist but different album) so I sent a complete refund and huge apology straight away, probably within 2 hours. And the sod still gave me a 1 and put "bad" as the comment.

I've emailed him to say I think its unfair, why and ask if he will reconsider

I always dread that, I have a lot of items packed and going out all the time and yes I have made mistakes or suddenly realised that the book I sold is different to the copy i have (blooming Amazon catalogue). Obviously I apologies straight away but there is that heart renching wait to see if buyer accepts the apology.

Hioefully a good grovel will mean the buyer removes the neg.

Reading back my message I think it sounds a little narky so I am surprised he did retract it but anyway it worked!:D. This is my message to him yesterday:

I am sorry to see that you have left me negative feedback when I refunded you the money straight away and explained with a sincere apology that the CD was incomplete and therefore that was why I could not post it to you. Please reconsider your feedback as I feel it is very unfair to me after my full refund and apology to you as soon as I realised the problem.
