Unless the script was so nasty it killed your computer stone dead. In which case you wouldnt be able to 'fix' it. Youd just have to completely reinstall windows
You can go "what if" ad infinitum. What's the probability of such exploits? All kinds of nasty things may happen to you, but probably won't. If some unlikely zero day exploit knackers my drive - big deal, I have insurance - it's called a back-up.
