I rang AF this morning at 10:30 said they would get back to me. i rang again at 12:30 was tol my order had left and they was trying to find it. I am still sat here waiting. I am going to have to go back to bed.0

Just received a DHL shipping notification from my order of the 21st. Says its being "sent by DHL Express on the 28/02/2009" Haven't received it today if it was sent on the Friday, so will hopefully receive it tomorrow. Haven't received any refunds so presume everything I ordered is coming.0

Got a dispatch e-mail this afternoon for my order placed on the 20th. Unfortunately the DHL website does not recognise my shipment reference.

People on here have been going on since the second they placed the order.
I believe they should be given a chance.
To be fair,most of those"going on" as you so quaintly describe it, have actually placed more than one order,and have experienced issues previously,so it really isnt about "being given a chance", more that issues remain which are unresolved after quite a long time period.0 -
