    what Dan has done in a way of saying sorry is to make sure there were no hick-ups this time for wanda( as wanda cancelled their order by phoning Dan) Dan is the type of guy who genuinely dont like letting people down.

    so this i should imagine this isnt the norm sellercheckuk,

    i dont think people should take this as a que jump, but as just trying to keep a customer happy.

    This is the way i am taking the situation.. and to be honest i dont mind at all, as it shows Dan is trying to make sure the people who have had a bit of a rough time with their orders over the last few weeks get the service that AF foods are striving to get back to.

    Couldn't have put it better myself, that's how I see it - AF honouring those 'failed' orders, isn't that good customer service. Anybody placing an order at present surely understands there will be a delay, if you want something immediate use local suppliers.

    Monday more than likely, should have a tracking reference if its dhl so you can track progress

    recieved a order today that was ordered on the 18th (was dispatched yesturday with a dispatch email with dhl tracking no.) i also got a refund for some rice pots.
    have just recieved tracking /dispatch info today for my order placed 21st

    OK, maybe I should now cancel my order (of 19th Feb.) for which I've not received an 'advice of despatch email', wait a couple of weeks and then phone Dan to ask for special treatment. :rolleyes:

    maybe they are waiting to get more stock in for one or two items... and are holding back some people's orders ...for a day or so...

    why dont you phone Dan direct on his mobile, and ask him.. to find out about your order... he is a lovely guy honestly.... and would rather you talk to him direct about an issue or any questions regarding your order...
