Windows XP has 'security updates' as hackers find more and more inventive ways of getting through it

Service pack 3 is the latest main security update (Your currently on service pack 2)

Goto START and WINDOWS UPDATE
Select CUSTOM and find and install SERVICE PACK 3 (Make sure nothing else is running when you install it)

wont let me do the update on old lappy as dont have the disc and no idea here it is...any ideas?

no of course its legit (honest me...dot even download music or copy cd's!)!!but when I tried to do it I kept getting message saying that it needed the word disk to continue?
