    Hi Caz!

Am doing good (just picked iron tablets up from docs). Twins are doing great, both head down and fine. We have 3 out of 4 names sorted, still got to find a girls name.

And before peeps ask, the names are a complete secret until the wee ones pop out and we see what they look like and whether they suit Gertude or Artememis! :rotfl:

hehe at names! well poor erin was a week old before she had a name:D

sounds great that they are head down does that mean you are going to have them yourself? i thought it was strange enough with one baby must feel crazy with 2!! esp if they wake each other up lol!

    Hi all!

Hugs to Shelvis and Krystal, and labour vibes for MFD and Durham (if you're still here!).

Work wasn't actually that bad today. I didn't go back to too much mess and have waded through nearly all the silly little bits of paper on my desk :)

Don't know if anyone remembers my "where will my health visitor come from?" quandry.. I had a message on my work answerphone, left last Tuesday, by one of the Health Visitors from the local HV Team! They are based at a community clinic near the hospital (ten mins, if that, from our house) and cover both my GP surgery and my home address (further apart than they strictly should be) so everything is okay and I don't need to faff with changing doctors or anything at all! Hurrah! :D They want to come to visit me at home at 36wks so they were phoning to book that appointment. Still waiting for the right person to phone me to book it into her diary but it's fab to know it's all sorted and reassuring that my name is on a list somewhere :)

My mum's coming round tonight to help clear the spare room.. think I need a quick power nap! :)

best to keep names to yourself as we found out, we decided on seth as we know we're having a boy, my friend thought it was lovely, popped hers out 7 weeks early and nicked the name even though she was set on jake before hand! we're still going with it, she can lump it but its made things a bit akward as we all work/worked for a company where everyone knows everyone so now we're going to get "isnt that XXXX's babys name?" everywhere we go!
plus if we'd kept it to ourselves it would have stopped people going "oh i dont like that" like its really their business!!    like my nan who decided we couldnt call him seth because a lot of jewish men are called seth and she's a devout christian - we're not religious at all so how does it matter to us!!!!!!!

  • That's exactly why Bubba's name is a secret emlou - I have floated a few of our possible rejects, just to make sure I am ready to let them go but his name is under wraps until he finally decided to make his appearance...

...which is looking like it is definitely not going to be on his due date - unless I am going for super speedy first labour and delivery!

Phew, just caught up. Now my eyes are too tired to keep open. Exciting news about Durham, be great if she didn't need any intervention. Hope everyone's had a good day?
