Ooh, shiney new thread... Off to see what I missed on the last one...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • Wow I was very confused then! I couldn't find the thread.

I have the worst wind ever it's very embarrasing!! Every step I took on the way down the stairs from work was parp parp parp I daren't turn round to see if anyone was in my gas cloud!!!

Bonus though - didn't feel sick today!! Did feel very dizzy though like I was going to faint in boots at lunchtime. Some KFC sorted me out. Funny thing is I don't seem to have any hunger receptors I just go from fine to faint in 30 seconds flat without every feeling hungry. Its weird.

Oh shelvis, I know how you feel... I was doing aquanatal last week and so paranoid I'd let one off in the water... Hard to disguise the jacuzzi effect...

Searching, really hope they can sort that out for you! I think it's terrible they can make a mistake and you have to pay for it...

You need emergency fudge! I don't feel hungry anymore, I think thats because the baby has taken all the stomach space up. I get all weepy, emotional and difficult, until OH gives me fudge, then I'm fine! I must have your MS though, mine has come back :( Its been getting worse for the past week, grr!

Someone brought up the topic of when to tell people...Im worrying alot about this actually and could do with some advice please.
Im dreading telling my dad. It's coming up to 4months since mum died,so not long atall..Im just scared it will upset him,set him back. My due date is only 2days after what will be the 1st anniversary of her dying. I don't want him to think were being insensitive.

Also..my job is very active..how soon do I/should I tell my boss? Im thinking of the insurance side of it really.
love my little man he is amazing :j

You are not required to tell your boss until you are many weeks gone (I think something like 19) but if you wish to tell so that they may adjust your activity at work, it's up to you. I personally waited for 12 week scan.

  • I didn't even get around to reading the old thread and already there's another new one! Time flies when the baby turns up, believe me! I was checking in to see the updated list - congratulations to those who are now on the new arrivals list, and hurry up Caz ;)

Izzy is doing really well. Will take her to be weighed again on thursday - she is definitely loads bigger than when she was wighed last (9lb 12oz by then!). She's very good (most of the time ;) ) and we're getting into the swing of it now. It's weird - in some ways it seems like time has flown since she was born, but at the same time it seems like we've had her forever! Strange how you get used to being tired and busy!
