Well, it's all happened a lot quicker than I expected! My first offer was rejected, but the second one went through - it's a chain free sale, so fingers and toes crossed, it should all go through fairly quickly.

May I ask how much the asking price was, how much you originally offered and how much was accepted. You might not want to share, which is fair enough. But it would be interesting to know if you care to share.

Yep yep yep woo hoooo!! We didnt get the massive drops in price that people seem to think you can get at the minute but we love it and are happy as we dont want to move again. Unless it into a bungalow in our 70's lol
So yes now its onto the mortage application :eek:.
