May I ask how much the asking price was, how much you originally offered and how much was accepted. You might not want to share, which is fair enough. But it would be interesting to know if you care to share.

Yep yep yep woo hoooo!! We didnt get the massive drops in price that people seem to think you can get at the minute but we love it and are happy as we dont want to move again. Unless it into a bungalow in our 70's lol

So yes now its onto the mortage application :eek:.

Oh im glad to hear its not just mine
It was like he was waiting to hear about a dentist appointment or something lol

Hes just the same now! Im scared something will go wrong and he just says it will be fine

Wish i could be more like him !
