Mum2one - Brilliant news! that Mum is home so soon. I have to take asprin & a cholesterol (spelling?) reducing pill every day because of a stroke which left me with damaged vision. I too had to have a brain scan (I joked it was to see if I had a brain!) The scan was noisy & a bit claustrophobic but I just kept my eyes shut so I didn't panic. They don't tell you the results at the time of the scan though.

    Sorry you are in pain.

I've had a very busy day sorting out the spare bedroom, cleaning & tidying. Then tried to plan how to make the back garden better as it was nice & sunny up here.

Hello my name is scattymam1 - I live oop north, married with an almost 4year old, a crazy inheat beagle and second baby on the way -due nov 14th.
Have been away a bit but in between getting sorted for my car boot sale, I have been puking lots and been addicted to the twilight saga which I am nearing the end of so I will be back with gusto again now.
So I made 110 pounds at my car boot sale - which I'm really chuffed with so have added that to jammys challenge.
Hugs to rainmac and mum2one - hope your mam's are doing ok. Thinking of you all x
Mel's rudolph challenge - have decluttered so much for the car boot - going to have a break and start searching on ebay for bargains again. I got some lovely purses so far from 50p to a pound in my present cupboard. I have seen the whole james bond set that is normally about 150 pounds at hmv for 50pounds and I have a 20 gift card for them so it will only cost 30 cash(which eventually I will neutralise). So am going to buy them for husband and put away for crimbo - he's wanted them the last two years but I wasn't about to pay a hundred and fifty for them - found it on hotukdeals.
Be back soon, off to learn about the daily clicks.

84 hours? but I am nowhere near my target and I am desperately trying!!!

    I have a total of £595.06 still £154.94 off my next target .... :(

I promise I will try harder!! although struggling to think of anything to sell :( I tried to sell the children but my son talks to much and my daughter has too many tantrums so they came right back :(

OH has a job interview today ... it is 13:30 ... another hour and I will have no nails left to chew on ... I feel like it is me having the interview for some reason, I guess it is just because each job interview that he gets could mean money coming in which is really needed!

Hope everyone is ok, I haven't got a lot to say :( sorry, just have so much going on

Morning ladies...oops afternoon should I say!

mum2one - glad your mum is ok, lets hope the scan is all clear :)

jammy - I think i'm going to have to leave my total as it is, I don't really do daily clicks or surveys or anything. I've got loads more stuff to list on ebay but I never got round to listing them, lazy me!

I am in agony today, I was dreaming that I had this stabbing pain in my thigh and then I woke up and I really did have that pain and it's so sore! My backs aching like mad too. Going to have to take lots of painkillers today me thinks!

My OH and I were very un-MSE yesterday! There's a new pick n mix stand where Woolies used to be, so he said he'd buy me some. We happily filled a bag up, it was quite heavy but not silly heavy and when we went to pay he said £7.50  I said are you taking the mick! Funnily enough he didn't seem to find that amusing  :rotfl: Anyways I was all for telling him to stick it but my OH is one of these people that thinks you can't change your mind about buying things so he just paid with me stood there saying I can't believe you've just paid £7.50 for some sweets and the owner giving me the evils :rotfl:

So today I am going to do my CAB homework and then take it easy. I always get in lots of pain at the training because of the horrible chairs so don't want to get there already in agony, i'll be crying by dinner otherwise!

Weather is horrible today so apart from popping to post a letter I am not going anywhere!

OK off to find painkillers :o
 Think happy & you'll be happy

Great news about your mum mum2one, bad news that you are in pain x

Scatty, great to see you back, very well done at the car boot sale :T. Sorry you are feeling yuck :(. I swore by sucking polos all day and eating 2 ginger biscuits every morning (kept them beside the bed so I didn't even have to get up).

Blimey Rusty, you musy be feeling so nervous. I've got everything crossed for your OH missus ;)

Hayley, enjoy doing your CAB homework and get as much rest as possible. Hope the painkillers start to work soon x

It's been chucking it down with rain all day here. I have taken advantage of being stuck in and cleaned the oven, a very rare occurance in this house I can tell you :p. Also descaled the kettle, cleaned the bathrooms, done 2 loads of washing and hung on airers and played with DS2. Went shopping first thing for dinner ingredients so we are going to have spag bol and garlic bread. I did nearly 3 hours of ironing last night and have some still to do so will do that it in a bit. Also have a few bits to list on ebay, want to sort the items out today and list them tomorrow.

    Hope everyone's ok x
 If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain
