my first film at the cinema was supergirl, and then the empire strikes back but me and my friends spent most of that in the toilet, but supergirl I was transfixed
mel - on twilight- I loved the film so thought I have to get all the books - I was going to ask for them for my birthday in August but acting on your advice I think I'll have to get them sooner. Excited to read them now.
Aurora I love Kath Kidston but hubby does not, I wpuld love a country esque kitchen filled with kath kidston stuff, one day maybe!!!
Ahh forgot about skellig furrypig - will it be repeated - I forgot about tinman the other night too cos I thought that looked good - gonna get sorted for Lost now - ooh so excited - hoping sawyer turns bad boy soon again0 -
Repeated on sky2 tomorrow at 6pm Scatty.
I enjoyed Tin Man as well, the first time it was shown on sci-fi.You cant take a step forward with both feet on the ground0 -
What a wonderful day!
Up at the crack of stupid to go to car boot sales, and I bought an almost new Mamas and Papas car seat with special base thing and pushchair with raincover for £38. Just the car seat base is £70 on their website.
I missed out on something else - I saw a violet ray wand complete, but was too embarrassed to buy it in front of my dad. I was embarrassed enough to be caught looking at it....Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
Three gifts left to buy0 -

Furrypig it depends on what you think it is, I know a man who collects these, last count he had about 70 of them  I think they are great, although I haven't used them in the sense you are supposed to ... was more of a light show between friends fully clothed in a dark room kind of thing :rotfl: They can sell for hundreds
and sometimes the same price when they aren't complete
Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -

I must admit I really don't know much about them at all and definitely didn't know they sold for that sort of money!!! If I coulod find one at a car boot I could resell it and reach the £75 challenge!!!0 -

Mel - thank you for a lovely post
And those brilliant cat pictures! :j
We had a lovely day yesterday, we went to the fair but walked the long way round through the country park, was very muddy! We only went on a couple of rides, then I won a iccle goldfish, i've named him Smithy
I couldn't sleep last night because my back was hurting and I am in a lot of pain today but I don't mind because we had a really nice time
We're just popping into town today to get a kingsize quilt because we're sick of fighting over the double on this big bed! :rotfl: We're going to see if we can get some plants to put in the front garden but neither of us are greenfingered at all so could be fun!! Aurora, may be calling on you for help!!
Furry - if you submit an earnings enquiry, it'll show up on the list there and then you give them your username or whatever they ask for, they're usually pretty good at dealing with enquiries.
I've just googled that violet ray wand thingy  I don't know if I found the right thing or not though!! Think happy & you'll be happy
I :heart2: my doggies
