Hooray - I worked out how to follow blogs. Am I clever or what? :rotfl:
choccie- well done!!! £3. for a red grapefruit tree, my goodness, that's well good price. I was eyeing up the white and the purple grape wines at about £4 each but living in the great north we don't have suitable weather conditions for that. But keep it warm, don't water too much and talk to it :-) , it'll love it at your place. :-)
Yes, I had the same problem with my niche salad, just went leggy all of sudden. It was my fault though, it didn't have enough direct sunlight. But the plain windowsill salad is fine, picking it already. So what are you planning on sowing? Good luck and enjoy. :-) My seedlings are all over the place, some are doing great, some are just plain disaster and the rest haven't germinated yet.But the rhubarb in the garden is doing great!!! Ready to pick already. BTW, any good ideas what to do with rhubarb apart from the obvious rhubarb crumble? :-)

Rusty that other woman will just not let it go!!!
What is her problem???
I think you have nothing to worry about as you have been so fab on so many threads (here, nappy making, hampers etc etc) you have a great reputation and she is out to make trouble I think.
Sadly I have just posted my opinion on the nappy thread as she is spoiling it and ruining the friendly atmosphere with her horrid talk!!0 -
I remember all them and we have rhubarb growing in our garden but none of us even like it.
We also have an apple tree a plum tree and a gooseberry bush - how green fingered am I.
OH is currently trying to grow chillies but our best cultivation so far is undoubtedly weeds :rotfl:Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

I remember both, used to love the show and as for the sweets... made a couple of 'retro' sweet boxes for Xmas and I sort of ate a few (or rather a lot) of the leftover sweets and broke my tooth on one of them. Cost me over £50 to get the tooth fixed :wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

Rusty, what the **** is going on on the nappy thread . Who is this person??? She is so nasty. Sending you a huge hug and a creme egg
Hayley, so glad you had a good day
Well the GP said he thinks DS1 has a viral bug in his bowel. He has given me a teeny tiny pot that I am supposed to get a poo sample into for them to send for testing. Furry, you're a nurse, how am I supposed to do it?Poo issues aside we've had a nice day, sun been out nearly all day which has made such a difference.
