    Love the kitty pics :D:D:D:D:D:D

I chickened out doing the egg hunt in the garden and we did it in the house instead. Boys loved finding the eggs and have been eating sweets all day  Been curled up on the sofas this aftyernoon watching Peter Pan, haven't seen that film since I was a kid - a LONG time ago ;)

Need to get my bum in gear and sort out dinner and do some ironing but can't really be bothered. Maybe one more cuppa will sort me out to do what I need to ;)

You are all so young!!! my first film at the cinema was The King & I with Deborah Kerr & Yul Bryner:eek:. My Dad took me as a special treat he fell asleep part way through - It must run in the family 'cos I've been known to do the same.......

Come on now let's hear first films from the rest of you......

I think the first movie I was taken to was a reshowing of Snow White, but the first one I can remember was Santa Claus: the movie, I must have been 6 when we went but I can remember the feeling of excitement, christmas magic, Shrewsbury with christmas lights up & eating poppets.

Have put the Rocky Road up on my blog to make you even more hungry Plums, would be perfect for you as it was soooooooo pink :D
Domestic Goddess, ha, I just say about the things that go right, thats all, lol. Ry was 6'4" when we started going out, but had a size 32 waste (I think) now its 10" bigger.
With cats being ill we've only had my bro visit today, had the inlaws (minus queen mil) round yesterday & my big bro with his family round tomorrow - but oh my word we've got a mountain of eggs from family, wont bore you with it here, but you can read about it here if interested, lol
Love the cats, the 4th one looks like our cat, Blue, cept he's got striking orange eyes that freak people out, & I havent caught him with my camera......yet.
Hows your day been Plums? you havent told us.

Furry Pig, loves ya, as you can see your well missed when away by your thrifty gifty friends so please dont feel you need to worry/be paranoid etc about coming here.

Better go check the roast again, trying sumit new so hoping it all goes okay.

sylph - the Rocky Road looks yummy. Can I have a red cross rocky road sylph special parcel please? :-)

One row of potatoes is in. I am done for today!!! My back is killing me now. :-) Oooh, the joys of hard work. :-) Feels good though. :-)

My first movie was the Titanic with Kate Winslet (I was a late starter :-) ).

Ok, and no more of aga and kath kidston stuff. There is so much to do before any of that would happen (if it ever could :-) ). I want the pigs!!!

Right, I am off to soak my old achy bones. :-) And the sun is still shining!!! And a nice day tomorrow apparently, hooray!!! :-)

sylph, that rocky road looks so fantastic, I want some NOW!!! We've had to put a load of the boys eggs in the garage as they won't all fit in the house. Sure we'll get through it in no time.

PLM, did see your msg in your marathon post, thank you :D

aurora, well done on your potato planting!!!

The black cat moving away from the scary looking cat looks just like our cat Ben :D

My first film was Cat In Space or Cat From Space or something like that? Don't remember anything about it except there was a cat in it . Guess it would have been late 70s? Just had a google and it was called the Cat From Outer Space and released in 1978, I would have been 4.

afternoon all :D Hope you have all had a good day, I now have shares with Cadburys, to the extent that I could open up a north east branch :D

DS had a remote control boat for christmas and as it has been such lovely weather up here today we took the children out down to the lake and gave it a try, we also took the kite :D a fab afternoon had by all :D both kids are really tired but only just sitting down to have some tea now!

The rockyroad looks fantastic! I might have to melt some of the eggs down tonight whilst the kids are in bed and give it a try, like the idea of using mini eggs :) Will see if I get time later on providing I don't fall asleep!

Sending big hugs to all of those who need them :)

Marg I absolutely love that film!!! I have it on dvd :D
