Awww Shelley I am so sorry to hear of your news. You must be heartbroken. You have a good cry and some chocolate :) I lost a dog to cancer when I was in my teens, we'd had her all my life and I was absolutely devastated, i've still got pictures of her and I still miss her.

And Mel - I don't think it's a silly comparison, I know when the day comes for my hamster to go to hammy heaven, I will be in bits, I was nearly crying last night over the guilt of forgetting about him for half an hour!
 Think happy & you'll be happy

So sorry to hear about your job loss Goochie you must be gutted!! I hope you find something soon xxx

I'm going to make this really quick tonight as I had some devastating news earlier about my dog - she does have cancer and its the most aggressive form so we are going to have to put her to sleep :(:(:(
I haven't stopped crying all night and I'm dreading it sooo much. She has been my loyal and gorgeous companion for 14 years and I will miss her terribly. I have to go now there are teardrops dripping on the keyboard but here is a little pic of my dog and how I wish to remember her:

Just wanted to say I was thinking of you Shelley I had tears welling up as I read your post, so sad but so glad you have so many happy memories and those are the ones you should remember hugs to you xxx
  • So sorry to hear about your dog Shelley, when my cat Raven died, I was in bits.

Glad you girls had a great day at the NEC, just checked out your blog PLM and the photos are gorgeous.

Just got home from work after a fifteen hour day. Should've gone straight to bed but wanted to catch up with you all first. Night x

Goochie - So sorry to hear about your redundancy. It has become so common lately, it's awful. I have nothing to say more than what Hayley's already advised. Get yourself to the Jobcentre ASAP and start looking for work. Best of luck to you xx

Shelley - Sorry to hear about your dog. Must be so hard to lose a pet, so far I never have but I know my kitties are like my babies and my friends so I really feel for you. Lots of cyber hugs xx (she really is gorgeous btw)

PLM - LOVE the photos!!! :j Everyone looks lovely and it's nice to put a face to the (nick)names. Thank you for showing us. Just checked the blog and love it too, so am following it. Are you a photographer too?

Hope everyone's having an OK time (probably asleep!). I'm afraid I had to use a Boots voucher I was saving for Christmas presents. Well I needed some pills and antiseptic wash and mascara.... :( *sigh* (have about £3-4 left from it though)
