I had a great time yesterday and I can't even tell you what I bought!! There was tons of it! The show was aimed more at beginners and cardmakers so it was hard for me to find anything that I really liked but I was really happy to just be in the prescence of such wonderful friends.

I forgot to say on my blog as well that Sarah (Rainmac) made us all rocky road and it was AMAZING. She made it with dark and milk chocolate with smarties and berrys and marshmallows and biscuit in. ARGH It was so nice!!

Furrypig turned up with a bag full of gifts and then thanked us for making her bag empty.. THANKED US for letting her give us gifts!! I was so happy because she went through a lot of thought and got me NBC things which you know I love :D Then she presented these pyramids and said they was 'homage to Rusty Flange as she couldn't be here'. It was so lovely.

I am not a photographer but I am nifty in photoshop.. that is all I can say LOL I am glad you liked my blog because the only reason I do it is for you lot!!

Have a great day today.. I'm off to Telford later!! xx

now I am jealous...rocky road - sounds absolutely yummy!

Make me feel bad for not being able to come :(

Really wish I could have been there, I feel awful for not being able to come after I hoped I would have been able to. I should have walked down ... just for Sarahs rocky road :rotfl: then walked back home again.

I'm having a bad day again so steering clear of forums and just lurking. I managed to fall into the road somehow and struggling to move my leg and have really hurt my wrist aswell as cutting all my other leg open :(

    Grrrr life is crap :rotfl:

    See you guys soon xxx

    Big hugs rusty
I'm growling as well  .
Asked OH to strip bed while I took DD to have haircut and buy him beer for this afternoons rugby.

When I got back he had literally just stripped the bed and left it in a pile on the floor for the cat to sleep on and made himself some breakfast - do things just jump into the washing machine - in this house the answer is obviously yes :p.

DD has gone out to play so I'm going to make my MIL mother's day card so I don't sit here and stew :rotfl:

Love the photos PLM, it is so nice to see what some of you look like - and that is GORGEOUS.

Well, we're off to the country for the weekend, really looking forward to it, catching up with friends and eating and drinking lots.

Have a lovely weekend all of you, and THANK YOU for all your good wishes, you are all :A .

I can't remember who asked, but I have 5 weeks notice period to work and have lots of contacts at recruitment agencies (as I was in HR for 5 years), so have already emailed them all and told them I will be coming in next week once I've updated my CV. It's just really bad out there at the moment especially in Financial Services where I have worked for many years. Ho hum, won't know until I get out there, I'll bounce back it's just a bit of a shock and I am worried.

Hope you have a fab time this weekend might even take your mind of the job situation for a bit. It sounds like you are really organised already so fingers crossed things will improve xxx

Hello everyone sorry I'm late in replying just quickly skimmed the list so sorry if I don't mention names. I've feeling a little better but maybe because i've been working since 6 that it has taken my mind off things.
I'm sorry I've made some of you cry and I really appreciate all your kind words - in fact I started blubbing again reading through todays posts.
It looks like the dreaded day will be Monday :( so I'm going up Dad's tomorrow to spend the afternoon with her after work.

Hugs to everyone who needs them (((hugs))

    Thinking of you Shelley xxx

Rusty, I didn't mean to make you feel bad when I made the pyramid thingys!!! It's just I thought they would be a good thing to make and I filled them with hershey's kisses and decorated them with homemade flowers and when I gave them out I said it was a homage to you as you had shared the template etc etc with us and we would have loved you to be there!! It wasn't to make you feel bad honey honestly!!!!
