Will def have to move now as I have a ready made market :rotfl:. Maybe I should put you on commission. I am going to make some more (when OH is out as he thinks I'm bonkers :p)
and try selling them - might make some cards as well - shame car boot sales start so damn early - there is only 1 six o'clock in my Sunday :rotfl:.

Indeed it is ;) we can set up a market stall :rotfl: you selling your bags and me my nappy cakes then anything else we can knock up :rotfl:

    Morning everyone :)

I've been up ironing since 6:30 this morning! (there should only be one 6:30 in a day!) Oh left at 7am for his interview in Sheffield so I have everything crossed here and he went out of the house this morning in panic mode :( My kids are dressed fed and ready to walk up the school then I'll come back and have a quick tidy up and make a start on one of the canvasses. I wanted to get the other 3 frames done today but OH hasn't printed the pics off his computer so I can't do them til he is home.

Hope everyone has a good day :)

so have I shelley - I've been waking up at 4.00 and not been able to get back to sleep - what's that about like - I'm getting so tired in the day I could just shut my eyes and fall asleep instantly (but I can't).

I'm making cards for my car boot sale - I have plenty time so I ordered some hello kitty die cut shapes - didn't pay much but I could get 10 cards out of what I've got coming. I just know how popular they are at the moment. Any ideas what else is big at the moment that I could do???

Off my accumulated junk I normally come home with about a hundred pounds from a car boot sale - I do one a year. So I'm hoping some cards will bunk up the total a bit. Do you think people would buy exploding boxes at car boots?? If you just left the bit for their photos?!

I've done my exploding box but I think it looks odd - I did white in the middle layer of the exploding bit and the two outside ones are black so when the box is togther the gaps show up a bit too much for my liking - have to change it to black I think but I've run out of black card!!!
I think it's going to nana in law! with photos of the bairn in!

    March Birthdays -
brother 25.00 for a runners hydration pack = neutral from music magpie
earnings (and gave him 2 cinema tickets I won)
husband - 20.00 for 2 dvd's = neutral used amazon vouchers from surveys
50-90? towards iphone - going to do ebay to make neutral
Mothers day - have 8 pounds to spend at wilkinsons, halfords or ethel austin?? - then will stay neutral
have some tesco's vouchers also as might get her flowers too!!??
nan in law just gets cards
will get dd to make something too

Must get daughter to make something for her dad for his birthday tomorrow as he has nothing to open - he already has his phone and dvds - may get him a token cheap gift today while I'm in town - something cheap??? don't know what like...

Scattymam - what is going on with our sleep patterns eh? Is it something to do with spring approaching?? i haven't felt like this since I was pregnant and had pregnancy insomnia!! My mind was whirring a bit this morning though about work - they are about to change our shift patterns from 7 shifts and 2 off to 6 on 4 off. These new shifts will be longer but will mean more time off :D I dropped to job share when i had my first baby so that means I'll have even more time off:j BUT there is the option of going back fulltime which I really don't want to do but the thought of all that extra money is clouding my judgement at the moment. I'm lucky that we have a good income with me just working jobshare as Hubby is a good earner but the extra monies would be fabulous !!!! i think i'm just excited about the extra things we could do with it when really I should be thinking how much I really enjoy being jobshare and spending time with my family.

Rusty - hope your OH's interview goes well. Fingers crossed ;)

Well the postie has just been and delivered a lovely journal for my MIL for mothers day. I decided against the herb planter as its too expensive so ordered the journal from gettingpersonal and its lovely. Its a Dear Mum from you to me journal which lists lots of questions about her life for her to write about and pass down to the family. All you scrapbookers could do a similar thing :D and make a scrapbook journal.
