    Evening ladies :D

This piccy is for the bag lady, My little girl stole my hand bag I managed to get it off her so I could get her dressed but it caused heartache! .... I have had her holding it all day whilst we were out and she wouldn't let go!

Here is one of 4 I am in process of making. They will all be identical and are for our mums (yes we have 4) I will take a pic of all 4 identical ones once they are all done :) I am quite chuffed with how it turned out, although not upto the standards of those on here (jammy/mel) but its good for me :)

Rusty what a great idea for Mothers day..might pinch that one for another time!! and your dd looks sooo cute, but she also looks like she is thinking 'don't mess with me or else lol' where did you get that gorgeous night garden babygro? I would love one for my littlies?

I have just read a post about getting the black squeezy thing due to the alphabet type...typical of me, I ordered one today in pink and thought the only difference was the colour :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

off to get one of mine ready for bed, then the other one, then my poorly ds sorted, then I am going to get going on a few cards I think...

Hopefully I can squeeze along with you all in a few days when mine arrives :D

Blimey you lot can yap! I go to work for the day and have 4 pages to catch up on:eek:.

That frog chorus record was no 1 when I had a Saturday job in Boots record (yes round black things with grooves on) department. I only lasted 4 weeks and then managed to break my arm - was wonderful in the pub that xmas eve as anyone who didn't give me enough room got bashed :rotfl:.

Glad DD liked your bag Rusty - I'm just pleased it's stayed stitched together :p.

Wonderful work everyone - treated myself to a set of record cards in Tesco for £1 and have started jotting potential card layouts in it - had to hide my craft mag under the desk when the supervisor appeared this afternoon - we aren't allowed to do anything between calls other than read the council website and it's sooooo boring :o. Was better when I worked for Reader's digest as we were at least allowed to read their books :p.

Am now off to update my blog for all you stalkers out there :rotfl:.

Hi Orchid, thankyou :) she was thinking that, and also swinging it full force so I got hit if I tried to get it off her :rotfl: The upsy sleepsuit was from next just before christmas, they did blue iggle piggles ones aswell :) start from birth :) think is was £9 though

Don't get me wrong about the pink one, I like the alphabet with it I just prefer the other one.

I think mine will have to be sent back as my A doesn't cut properly and I have to use a scalpel to trim it all! will have to contact artymiss and try to figure it out!

Padingtondoo - she loves my bag which is a problem! I think I will have to hide mine til end of may when she has her own :rotfl: I have 9 people comment on how lovely and different it was ... my reply was a friend of mine made it, they were all saying wow how clever and she could make a fortune selling them ..... which is exactly what I said to you ;)

rusty that is fab:T I love the vintage photos and all the colours together. I have just wrapped up my mum's mothers day present so she can take it back with her at the week end. It is a door hanger and the fairtrade teacup set from Boots (bought in the sale of course!). I was going to wrap it all in cellophane but thought it looked nice in the box so left it.

orchid - I didn't realise the squeezy things came with different alphabets either! I thought the difference was the colour! will have to look more closely before i order!

BunBun if you really wanted the pink one rather than the black we can always swap alphabets from time to time and do a mass cut :rotfl:

I remember seeing them fairtrade things in boots! they looked lovely I bet your mum will love it :D

Will def have to move now as I have a ready made market :rotfl:. Maybe I should put you on commission. I am going to make some more (when OH is out as he thinks I'm bonkers :p)
and try selling them - might make some cards as well - shame car boot sales start so damn early - there is only 1 six o'clock in my Sunday :rotfl:.
