That is not tough if you have been treated badly, but tough if you want only sympathy from fellow sufferers and don't want assistance from CSA staff. We aren't all horrible, some of us actually want to help people - but can only do so within certain boundaries. So, no, I won't 'get off your thread'.0

The CSA is in trouble becasue the system is crap.Hit the snitch button!member #1 of the official warning clique.:j:D

Ring dingaling! - blame it on the system.
It doesn't account the fact the CSA were caught lying and cheating with a simple device called a Skype phone. Not even I knew the CSA had been caught lying, I assumed the CSA staff do not lie. Their demands of money just didnt sit right and I hired lawyers.
The CSA were aware of the risks because they had a copy of my lawyers fee certificate from day one, they gambled with taxpayers money and lost, it was a human decision to lie, nothing to do with the system.
I am concerned for many hundreds - or thousands of NRP's who have been unlawfully cheated of money and had their lives screwed because the tribunal judges regard the CSA statement as fact and blame is placed on the system. Other NRP's may not be fortunate enough to able to prove his side or have the means to hire lawyers.0 -
Seems the pennies have dropped!!!!!! lol,,,, actually advice is given to the latter of legislation and the laws that the CSA are SUPPOSED TO FOLLOW!!!!
OP go to your MP, you have all of the proof that you have overpaid and therefore the arrears should be sorted and then the remainder paid to you!!!
Try writing and asking for a complete breakdown of your account incl arrears, under the Freedom of Inofrmation Act 2000, this gives 20 WORKING days for them to furnish you with your request upon receipt of receiving it,send recorded delivery, about £1.08p approx, then hopefully it will get things moving especially if you give copies of all evidence to your MP and get them to move it forward, oh, and ask your MP to take the matter up directly with Kitty Ussher, the more MP's go bother her the better, and we got that from the horses mouth herself!!!!!!!!

Hmm what a stupid comment to suggest we are only here for sympathy. Regardless of the help you may have given others you are not helping me with comments like that. I came for help here not to be told 'tough' your attitude just there is why other people are calling you the gestapo. Do you think we are telling lies when we tell our stories here?
You have made me very angry with your comment. Just because you work for the gestapo doesn't mean you should be sticking up for them when they get it wrong and in so many many cases they get it wrong on a massive scale.
I ask you now, when they realise they owe me £4000 ish and have to pay it back to me and possibly with compo, who will they chase for the money. My ex has been overpaid massively so will they take the cash back from her? If so my son will go without.0 -

I think you mean the Data Protection Act. Freedom of Information is to do with accessing information held by the government.
The law says 40 days to deliver the information but the CSA is not registered under the Act thus doesn't charge the statutory £10 fee so the CSA might not have an obligation to deliver according to a time limit.tigstheterror wrote: »send recorded delivery
No need, just ask for a certificate of posting at the post office, if the CSA try to say they didnt get your letter then you are laughing! It opens the door for you to claim damages for breaching an Act of Parliament. Section 7 of the Interpretation Act 1978.0 -
 She does work for the CSA, and has helped many many people on this and other sites. Personally i don't see what the problem is
The CSA is in trouble becasue the system is crap.
Many people come to forums like this one to talk to others in the same boat and to get some direction on which way to persue thier case when they feel they have hit rock bottom. I've been dealing with the CSA for 8years and heard many lies.
It is not ok to come here and be rude to people. Most folk here are genuine and care for their kids. If you cannot be constructive then don't post and if you post a bad comment then prepare for people to strip thier teeth on you.0 -

I concur with that comment. I also came here for help and found the advisers here are selective in who they offer help.
On further scrutiny the brownie scores of the principle posters on this board is not indicitave of the number of people they have helped, evidently from this thread, it is a small group of brownies on this forum giving moral support when an adviser is caught givng out wrong advice to an NRP.0 -
I wrote the standard letter requesting information and accounts breakdowns of payments from me, paid out to ex, and a breakdown of where arrears went but the volumes of paper that came back didn't have the accounts information.
I'm writing to day to my MP.
Another lie BTW .... I aked for my new payment schedule and was told it was in the post. That was early feb. I called again and again to ask where it was and was told all mail can take up to 28days to arrive. 24th March a letter was sent out by a girl I spoke to on the phone...it came today, 2days later.
My liabillity is £268.66/mnth but even without arrears I am now having to pay £107.85/wk this comes up as £467.85/mnth..... Plucked out of the air no doubt.
Justify that one Kelloggs33!0
