Bristol Broadmead have changed their clearance shelves - now on 1 bigger stand with about 3 shelves on it. It's where the washing up liquid and detergents used to be. Nothing of any interest on it though!!!!

Stocking up on my intensive Aussie conditioner (normally a treat as it is £4.85 ea) now it is 2 for £6. and for next colds balm tissues (normally £1.85 ea) 2 for £2.

My goal is to get staples and basics stocked up as cheaply as possible with a 3-6 month supply at least so I don't rush buy and end up paying full price.

:hello: I can't go to Bromborough Boots again today but thought I would say "Hi" to you beacuse you must be local to me, I am in Moreton

I went to Bromborough today and bought 4 lots of Olay Total effects cream wash with 4 wrinklies :j They worked out at 86p each.

ACM machine did not give me any P&P

I used my hairies on some Umberto Giannini stuff and also used 100 extra points vouchers from the ACM to buy them :j

I then popped in Cheshire Oaks and I got a meal deal with three cream eggs and the 342 half price toothpaste.

Then, as I was driving home, realised that I forgot to buy the tampons that I went for :rotfl: Stopped at my little local Boots and bought some with all my extra points :T I guess you could say that I am having a free period :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I have came home + rang CS who then put me through to a manager, so as the computers are down will be ringing me back, when she sorts this out, cos even the manager said she was appalled by hearing about my bad day + that getting my acm card investigated was a bit too extreme, considering the NO7 lady + the till let me get them yesterday, it's not as if the till beeped cos it won't as the 2 vouchers are proper ones to work with that item.

sorry to hear this ANGEL50, what a horrible SA:(It really does annoy me when they say "you can't use this voucher, with that voucher" without even trying. If that was the case, then the till would beep wouldn't it? If Mr B didn't want us to combine vouchers, he would make sure it wasn't possible, by fixing his tills:rolleyes: *mr B, don't even think about it! you will not see us for dust if you do*

Had a quick run to B's still trying to use my wrinklies and a few hairies... found 4 TD Moisturisers but no Olay facewash and seen none of the new Olay GWPs? As I got into the store had 1 perkie & 3 P&P £5 vouchers from y'day... Grabbed a No7 P&P hand cream @ £10.00 + No7 Bodyspray @ £1.46 (clearence) + TD Moisturiser so Total was £17.32 - 10% disc on MILs AC - perkie - wrinklie - P&P ACM voucher + 250pts from GWP; Total I pd 58p + 250pts back! Tho my spend was waaaaay under £5 I think the SS SA heard my 1st item (P&P cream) go thru @ £10 so gave me a perkie for my spend!!! Wow! Thus, Mr B pd me £1.92 to take away my 1st shop & gave me a perkie...

My 3 next shops were TD Moisturisers @ £5.86 - 10% disc so 27p to pay on each transaction...

With my perkie earned from my 1st transaction went & again bought the same items as per the 1st shop (minus the TD Moisturiser) and again rec'd a perkie!! Couldn't believe my luck! Also got the Radox on clearence checked as this had the clearence sticker on @ 49p; this too was on a BOGOF offer which the lovely lady @ SS confirmed! :j

So, again, armed with my new perkie went and got the same items as per 1st & 5th shop + the Radox clearence (s/gel + h/wash) and, once more, got a new perkie...

So, all in all, spent £6.43 with receiving 770pts back... again was pd £1.27 to take away the following:

All my Radox s/gel + h/washes;
3 * No7 P&P Handcream;
3 * No7 Bodyspray;
4 * TD Moisturisers;

No JF serums available as out of stock? So left with a few haircare vouchers... again, didn't wanna say left with 'a few hairies...!':o Was most gutted as have a few wrinklies coz none of the stores I visited had n e Olay or more TD Moisturisers left... teaches me to use the vouchers way b4 they expire (I'm sure tho, 2moro, as a miracle all the Olays will b on display...) Also loads of Radox s/gels + h/washes left... I think this store has only taken them out now...

i actually wait until the No 7 SA is busy then grab my item and a GWP and scram to another till! All of the No 7 staff seem to take it personally if you use a voucher so today I got my P & P and GWP while she was serving and went to the SS till. Used the £5 p & p and a perkie, got an olay something with last wrinklie so a nice shop for just over £10. I just know the No 7 counter would not have taken both vouchers or let me have GWP!

BTW should have looked at the cupcakes before buying seven of them whoops!!!!!!!!!

No wonder there were none left on the shelves when I got there!! ( but I do have loads ) What time where you there I was about 10am ? Shame you can't get here again as I have a hairy and a 2 wrinklies too, If you change your mind let me know x
