I saw a poster in S*******g's window today advertising an Olay GWP wys £12 on Olay or Max Factor. It was a tall black hexagonal box with a gold ribbon on it. I think it sounds like an old Boots GWP, not certain though as I've never seen any Olay GWP's in Boots in my neck of the woods.
It had various bits and pieces of Olay in it, including a pack of wipes, there was also a mascara in the picture, not sure if this is in the box or just illustrating the Max Factor offer.

anything worth having in vic center? hubby there now. looking for stuff for me bless! He has just rang very stressed as he can't find the NC stand lol he said that there isn't one.

I went to the Maidstone, Chequers Centre branch (again) this afternoon to try to use up my last hairy, and see if there was anything worth getting with my wrinklies. I already had in mind one of the Model Me items to use the hairy on (or use on my hair).

The ACM gave me just 2 P&P vouchers this time, and a 100 point voucher for use with Boots brand hosiery.

I bought some tights, and got the Model Me High Gloss Blow Dry Liquid (£1.47, so free with hairy) and got a perky, and a wrinkly and hairy and the 100 points.

I then used a perky and a P&P voucher to get another free handcream, and used the newly acquired hairy to get a Model Me shampoo (£1.22) free. I also got 3 '17' items, which are on 3 for 2, but for some reason the till didn't deduct the third item. When I pointed it out, the SA checked, then just voided one of the '17' items on the receipt to put it right. This was fine, but what if I'd been stopped and had my bag checked? The receipt showed 2 items and I had 3! Anyway, I got another perky and a hairy and wrinkly from that transaction.

I got another Model Me Blow Dry Liquid (£1.47) free with that hairy, then bought some mascara, which earned me another perky. No hairy and wrinkly given that time, though, (this time I used the photographic counter, so maybe they'd run out) but I suppose it was getting a bit silly going round and round picking up free hair stuff lol. I was running short of time anyway.

I used one of my remaining 2 perkies to get a No7 Radiance Revealed Exfoliator (Reduced to £3.80 but still showing as £7.60 on the SEL) free.

In front of the No7 counter was a stand with lots of No7 Age Defence Cleansing Balm on it. This is apparently a new product, and the SA was recommending it. It's a cleanser, but with a gentle exfoliating action that she said I wouldn't notice as I used it. It was £8.50, so I used my last perky and got it for £3.50.

I didn't find anything to use my wrinklies on, and had run out of time anyway (had to get home to collect my daughter from school) so when I saw a woman studying the Olay shelves, I asked her if she had one of the £5 off vouchers. She hadn't, but was delighted when I gave her my remaining 5 or 6 vouchers. Hopefully she was able to put them, or at least one, to good use - it looked like she was planning to buy Olay anyway, so I hope I helped her.

There was an SA pushing the narrow, wheeled stands around. They were the ones with reduced price or offer items on. Some she moved to end of aisle positions, but I saw her taking others out to the store room - one I saw had UG stuff on it. I'm guessing this was in readiness for tomorrow's change of offers.

I didn't see any of the new GWPs that people have reported seeing. The Sanctuary appeared to be full price, although 3 for 2. The Natural Collection stand had "3 for £5" signs on it, and I didn't see any cupcakes. No £2.44 JF hairsprays left, but there were still lots of the JF serums and about a dozen or so Model Me items left - shampoo, blow dry liquid, Affinity Serum?, styling spray and a few of the smaller tubs of stuff - paste or glue, perhaps?

Ha ha! Ah...when you come to think of it, that makes sense for Boots not to allow then!! I'm trying to find things to spend my points on and i had a 'bright' idea (despite doubting it!) that I...could get people gift cards...well not so bright! Oh well...looks like it is the Chanel for me then!!;)

I had a great shop today:j


The lovely acm wa sgiving me £5 off P&P vouchers today,so printed 5 off.I found some P&P lip shimmer and aftersun spray reduced to £2 each.Tried to use the acm voucher to pay,but the till wouldnt let me.

So trotted off to look for some P&P hand cream,and some Olay stuff.I spotted 3 Olay GWP boxes so grabbed 2 of them.

After using my P&P voucher and my wrinklie ,I only paid .86p:j

I remebered that I had a hairy left to use so grabbed a serum and the last remaing Olay GWP box.The sales assistant queried it with another,who told her to just let me have it.So handed my hairy in,nothing to pay.:j

There is an NC stand - downstairs, near the meal deals, but on the back wall.
There was bog-all in Vic centre on Sunday, but the SELs for the NC cupcakes were 61p there then.
