It's possible that the pharmacy counter was out of vouchers, and rather than go get more from another till area or send you to get them at another till, they just didn't give you any.

As others have said, check your receipt and see if you earned it, and if you did, bring it back to the store and tell the manager. If she refuses to give you vouchers, you could call CS and complain and they might give you points. But be aware CS might bring up your ad card history when you call, and if you'd rather not have them look into that too closely, proceed with caution.

Edit: Just noticed you said the receipt *didn't* say you earned a voucher. Don't know why, could you list what you bought? You don't earn one on stamps. Did you pay over 5 quid cash after using any other vouchers? Did you pay with points?

I picked up a 'time delay' in gold box, gradual tan spf 15 daily moisturiser today with my last facial voucher. Was only £5.86 and does not those £5 off stickers that Boots have been using on higher value products. I had not bothered because of this, but remember seeing a note from someone over the weekend - sorry can't remember who - just wish I had chosen a couple more instead of getting a year's supply of the various Olay washes! Never mind, I love the idea of using them in the bath on my whole body, before my P&P body serum, so will be so silky smooth.

For a complete freebie, then the John Frieda Frizz ease hair serum is £1.95 so free with your hairy. However you my be stocked out on this! hth.

Am now voucher free. Good day in Norwich, using the £5 No 7 on several reduced items no problems/bleeps. 2 were reduced on the SEL and 1 had a clearance sticker so thought would bleep, but no! Chapelfields had lots of the NC GREEN cupcakes for 61p 3 4 2. Left about 20 on the shelf, although SA was keen to get some for herself. Wombled 2 x 100 NC points from the ACM as nothing there for me. No more cupcakes anywhere else in Norwich and very little reduced - just the stuff I saw 2 weeks ago! Then a lovely lady saw me using a No7 voucher at a till, and gave me her own set of vouchers as was going to bin them. :j How lovely - first donation from a shop, maybe my frizzy hair made me look a bit needy, as forgot to use some of my mountains of serum before leaving this morning.....Note to self....must remember to use the products I buy!

Overall value of products about £51 - much more in real terms as majority reduced, however if I net off the hundreds of points I gained it all cost just shy of £2. Hubby very, very impressed, although upset that got no more reduced L'oreal for him. Also Mum has offered to send me her vouchers in post as never uses them and lives too far from me. Just need to get her to start using the ACM :A

I looked and looked but no reduced sanctuary travel sets seen in my travels - all at full price and plenty in stock

Ooh not sure, they were silver oblong quilted things, one had been opened and was completely empty. I suspected that there had been a voucher inside that someone wanted but maybe it was mascara/eyeshadow Surely if these are old GWPs they would scan at 0.00 though?

There were also some black No 7 bags on clearance but I'm pretty useless cos I can't remember how much they were! Def not really cheap, as in less than £3 anyway.

No 7 various sun stuff but none of the specific gradual delay tanning stuff that there is a coupon for in the new mag...cos I thgt ooh, a tiny glitch to cheer us up, but nah! Worth looking out for elsewhere though I suppose. Few lotions and some bronzing mousses too.

Quite a few of No 7 nail varnishes priced at 87p, although only that insipid pink colour...just checked ..shade is Charm 10. Useful if you're trying to get rid of 250 pointers for hardly any spend. Til beeps but they're not excluded so can be over ridden.


Mens Expert shaving oil, small bottle SEL (in normal place not back of store) reduced to 97p (or similar) and if you're lucky enough to have the ACM churn out a 150 points wyb any Expert for Men, spose its ok for hampers and for nowt!

There are half a dozen NC lime green cupcakes SEL 61p and NC is on 342 plus ACM points, 100 each NC purchase I think.

Also seems to be a new clearance shelf at the front of the store right infront of the new SS tills, yesterday only had some reduced small boxes of Thorntons premium chocs at £1.80 and chocolate coins for 10p.

Plenty of Sanctuary travel sets, both in mini's and travel section and the normal Sanctuary bit, but all the SELs are full priced still. I shall be stalking this particular item to see if anything changes. :rotfl:

I may be wrong in saying this and please put me right if I am but, I think that in order for it to show on your receipt that you have earned a voucher the sa needs to scan the voucher earn card on their till. From expereince and watching the sa's on the tills I think that there is an on screen prompt that a voucher has been earned, the sa then scans the card on the till which is the same size as the purply etc and this is why it shows on the receipt.

The only reason I say this is because last time round one of my receipts didn't have the voucher earn on it and when I questioned it as had spent £6 odd the sa said she had forgotten to put it through and just gave me a pinkie.
