hi
went to boots in ross today managed to get the men gwp for oh, got the voucher out and it has expired at the end of jan! what can i do will they add the points on if i say its out of the gwp? or ring cust service?
Was in a store the other day when someone was making the same complaint. From what I overheard, they rang Cust services who were going to add the points to the card their end. I think this set is the 1 I managed to pick up from Wisbech about a month ago for £3 - lovely set for hubby, but voucher was the expired 1 you have, but I expected it to be OOD, yours should be usable. I would ring cust services if I were you honey.0 -

I forgot to mention in my earlier post, Swansea Quadrant had the £5 off wys £25 leaflets upstairs on the photo counter (along with a 1/3 off voucher, I didn't read it but I think it was photo related). There were also loads of the 17 silver clutch bags on top of the 17 stand, I didn't check what these went through.0

I went to the till with a P&P hand cream and a P&P lip care and a GWP.
tried to give a £5 P&P acm and a perkie and she refused to take them??? had to pay for them seperately in order to use both vouchers and lost the GWP? ended up costing me £8.60 is that right??
No, that was wrong, they should have taken the vouchers as they were both different and you had two items anyway. I would ring customer services.
Lots of people, including myself have had the handcream free with the two vouchers and even £1 off other shopping if given with an over 60's card which gives 10% off.0 -
