Not sure if this link will work but you can go to their website and click on customer services, then scroll down and click cashback offers, then find your offer then right-click and save as .....

Keep trying on the helpline - it took me over 10 times to get through but eventually did earlier this week. They said my forms hadn't been received but fortunately I used Special Delivery and quoted the tracking number, which clearly showed it had been signed for by MVM (their processing agent). The cheque was processed while I was on the line and apparently I will now receive it within 3 weeks (funny how it takes so long to send a cheque ...).

Was doing with the cheuqes but the one sent early Nov, and late Nov, no cheque.

Hi all, I was wondering anyone on this offer got their last claim received.

I sent my last claim on 20 January by recorded delivery, rang them today, been told they haven't got it, spoke to 3 different CS, 1st one said try PO, 2nd one said resummit the claim as I still have time till the end of this month ( don't see how , my last bill date was 15 January) , the last one advise me to ring back this wednesday 21/02 ,

any advise how to get about on this would be helpful, thanks.

Everytime I ring them to check progress, I never get through and get cut off after the 2.5 minutes limit!!
