Hi Jbrad, my sim started working after removing and putting back in ( I did rub it thinking it may be dirty and payed more attention when sliding it in before sliding the mechanism to lock it in). It sounds as if you have already done this though. I do remember reading an A4 sheet saying for three customers the sim should work straight away but that it may be necessary to phone Three to activate the sim. ( Just realised you`ve already had it collected )

Icebergx, I don`t know what to suggest, could the link possibly go to a cached page i.e. one in memory rather than one existing at present?

Yes - go to the page and make a note of the product code and copy it. you will notice that the link has a search box next to the logo. clear your cookies. Go through quidco.com back to The Link, enter code in search box and there you go.

I ordered my 6680 refurb on 13/02/2006 19:01:11 and it arrived today by DHL (17/02/2006) so they kept their promise of 5 days for delivery.

The phone I received has made 4 hours 1 minute of calls, so is obviously not new. The screen protector has been removed, but the screen is not scratched.

The mains charger is not folded like a new one either.

All the bits seem there. Memory card and adaptor, handsfree headset, USB cable and CD so I am happy.

The best news of all. Our 3g transmitter has just been enabled today after Three have kept promising it since my first contract with them over 2 years ago!!!!

(I know it started today as my wife also has a 3 contract). 25 minutes of video calls included with this package aswell! :j

Read somewhere that the link supply vouchers for sending off when applying for cashback, I didn`t get any with mine. Did anyone else? If not is there just the usual process of sending of the bills.

P.S. Has anyone downloaded any software to install on their phone?

@vertical fool: I d/l mine , can't find the link for you any more. I think you have to ask them for the voucher.

I have put tt5 mobile , no problem, i think it work better than the 6630.

Has any one got the invoice for the phone yet? you need this to claim cash back

the vocher is linked off the order page under the logo "10 months free" - you download a a pdf (I think someone linked directly to it further up the thread on page 1).

You either print off yourself or conact customer services. unlike some, they also archive all their cashback forms on their website therefore no fear of losing.

I recall reading somewhere that the invoice is sent seperately by post, so we should be receiving one shortly.

I got my refrub today, unfortunately its a rare case where my particular handset has been reported as stolen!!!!!

Fortunately, Link still have some of these handsets left so it will be re-ordered for me.

Mine was also reported lost/stolen after I didn't receive it all this week. They then told me they'll cancel the order and contract and I'll have to look for another deal. After a big of arguing (as I've already bought the TomTom card and GPS receiver) they agreed to send out one from their "reserve stock". Hopefully I should receive this next week sometime.

How do you put in the memorycard? Mine doesnt seem to want to go in all the way
