    update on my cashback:

    Rang them today, they still have not received my claim( by recorded delivery), but CS offered me re send claim to them by Fax, rang them an hour later, got confirmed the chq has been ordered, but have to wait for another 3weeks to get it.

    I finally for thru today. The lady wouldn't give me a straight answer telling me whether they'd received it or not, she kept asking loads of questions. She insisted on me giving her the RM Recorded Delivery ref no and then she checked the RM website and said "Yes it's been delivered to us"...........I told her I knew that already, as I checked the RM site a few days after posting it!!!! She said just wait 4-5 weeks since the date it was delivered for it to be processed! The first two cashbacks were really good, this last one's becoming a headache.

    What's their fax number? I might send it to them by fax as well to be on the safe side. Also, in total what exactly did you fax to them?? Thanks.

    This appears to be be becoming standard practice - I claimed in early November, heard nothing, chased at the end of December (dealing with their absolutely awful telephone system that keeps throwing you off) and they claimed that they hadn't received it. I gave them the Special Delivery number and they then ordered a cheque which I had to wait another 3 weeks for (3 weeks to write a cheque?!). It seems that they still have problems - if you were being cynical, could they be only processing the ones where people chase up and actually managed to get through, or has anyone received any of the later cheques automatically as you are supposed to?
